Products

 

Our products are guaranteed new. Product availability is indicated on the product page. However, if products are temporarily or permanently unavailable, you will be notified. The pictures seen on the website are as accurate as possible, but REZIN cannot ensure completely identical products the product because of the nature of the materials from which they are made. 

 

Confidentiality and freedoms

 

REZIN do not sell or share the personal information about its’ customers to third parties.

REZIN treats all information provided with complete confidentiality, using encrypted servers. The information obtained is required for monitoring the quality of your order. In the case of non-performance of contract due to extraordinary circumstances (such as fire, floods, strikes etc.) REZIN disclaim all responsibility for sale interruption. REZIN is a protected trademark with INPI and our domain name is protected. Every element of the REZIN site whether visual, photographic or audio (including the underlying technology) is protected by copyright, trademark or patent. 

 

Prices

 

Prices are expressed in Euros. The price indicated in your shopping cart, invoice, and customer space is the total price, including all taxes. It includes the price of products, handling, packaging and transportation costs. REZIN reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

 

 

Warranty

 

You have 90 days after receiving the package to write us if there are any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. REZIN reserves the right to determine if the product is covered under warranty program. Please write us to know how to proceed. Refer to “Contact” page.

 

Returns policy or exchanges 

 

You have 14 days after receiving the package to return your sunglasses if do not fit or are unsuitable. To change to a different model or to be fully refunded glasses must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging. Please contact us with any queries about returns. The return shipping costs are in charge of the buyer.

 

Control and secure payment 

 

In making a purchase the consumer accepts these terms lf sale. Customers interested in any article on the site REZIN-WOOD must respect the following steps to place an order:  after checking the details of the order (e.g colour, quantity, product, price, etc) clicking on the icon "confirm" the consumer makes the purchase. Any order confirmed by the consumer constitutes an irrevocable acceptance by the customer to the merchant (Act of 13 March 2000 on the electronic signature) and cannot be challenged. The customer will pay by Paypal or via your Paypal or credit card account directly. After confirming the payment, the client approves definitively and irrevocably his order.

 

 

Delivery

 

Rezin delivers its products throughout the world. 6,50€ fees are charged in the EU. Outside the EU the cost of shipping is 20€. Shipping costs take account of the costs of preparing, packaging and transporting articles. The amount of these costs is shown in the "cart" and is subject to approval by the buyer before confirming each order. Any costs of customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Rezin will endeavour to ensure that the order is carried out within 7 days and within a maximum of 14 working days from the day following the payment of the order. Products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order; the delivery address can be different from your billing address. We do shipping on weekends and bank holiday.
