What is the difference between normal and polarized lenses :
Polarized lenses prevent light that might cause discomfort or damage to the eye from passing through the lens. Intense light reflects from water, snow and cars etc. so polarized lenses are particularly useful for skiing, chilling on the beach or driving. Single constraint, they polarize LCDs.
What is the quality of REZIN polarized lenses :
All of our glasses have polarized lenses to European standards with a protection of category 3 (as certified by professionals). UV400 lenses guarantee that our glasses stop 99% UVA/UVB rays so your eyes get the highest standard of protection. In addition our glasses are finished with a thin resistant layer that helps to prevent breakages.
Do you offer custom sizing options :
At this time REZIN offers no customization.
What is the best style for a smaller/larger head size :
Obviously, the styles of glasses vary widely, but to find your perfect pair please refer to the page of your preferred model to find details on sizing and dimensions.

Do you ship to my country :
The shipping fee is 5€ anywhere in Europe. The cost is 15€ outside of Europe.

How long usually takes delivery :
It usually takes between seven days and two weeks (depending where we have to ship the sunglasses).

It is still advisable to keep them in a safe place and carry them in box or hard case.
Are REZIN sunglasses Waterproof :
The glasses are made ​​to withstand water. They will not be affected by sweat or rain. Immersing glasses underwater is possible, but only for very short periods of time. REZIN is not responsible for any damage resulting from submerging sunglasses in water.
What is your warranty policy :
You have 90 days after receiving your package to contact us to notify us of any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. REZIN reserves the right to determine if the product is covered under a warranty. If you have any queries about your glasses please contact us via our contact page.
Can I return my sunglasses :
You have a period of 14 days after receiving your package to return your glasses if they are not suitable. To change to a different model of glasses or to be fully refunded the glasses must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging. Please contact us with any queries about this.
Can I put prescription lenses in REZIN wooden frames :
It is difficult to find opticians who are experienced with dealing with wooden glasses, it is therefore not recommended to change the lenses.
